We follow the Dutch school holidays and festive holidays (Easter, Pentecost, Ascension weekend):
> 20 december 2024 – 6 januari 2025 (Kerstvakantie)
> 14 februari 2025 – 3 maart 2025 (Voorjaarsvakantie)
> 18 april 2025 – 5 mei 2025 (Meivakantie)
> 6 juni 2025 – 9 juni 2025 (Pinksteren)
> 4 juli 2025 – 1 sept 2025 (Zomervakantie)
> 10 oktober 2025 – 27 oktober 2025 (Herfstvakantie)
> 19 december 2025 – 5 januari 2026 (Kerstvakantie)
POLICY FOR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF YOUR STAY
We advise you to get a cancellation insurance when you travel!
If you want to CANCEL your stay the following applies:
> within 48 hours after your initial booking you can cancel free of charge
> up to 8 weeks before your booked stay we will charge you 25 Euros booking costs (in case of Paypal and Creditcard payment we charge the transaction fee).
> up to 4 weeks before your booked stay we will charge you 10% of the invoice
> between 3 and 4 weeks before your booked stay we will charge you 25% of the invoice
> between 2 and 3 weeks before your booked stay we will charge you 50% of the invoice
> between 1 and 2 weeks before your booked stay we will charge you 75% of the invoice
> if you want to cancel within 1 week before your booked stay we will charge you 100% of the invoice. The same applies when you don't show up or when you terminate your stay before the end date of your stay.
If you want to RESCHEDULE your stay the following applies:
> up to 4 weeks before your booked stay you can reschedule free of charge
> between 3 and 4 weeks before your booked stay we will charge you 10% of the invoice
> between 2 and 3 weeks before your booked stay we will charge you 25% of the invoice
> between 1 and 2 weeks before your booked stay we will charge you 50% of the invoice
> It is not possible to reschedule your stay 1 week prior to your booked stay. At that time the cancellation policy applies.
Please note:
> if you reschedule your stay from a low season to a high season period there might be differences in price.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 4 PM, check-out time is 12 AM..
You will do the check-in by yourself, a week before your stay you'll receive an email with the codes for the key safe and more information regarding your stay (route description).
